How trials, cancellation, and refunds work on Cadence. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
Paid plans may start with a free trial. Where your plan includes a 14-day free trial, you are not charged until the trial ends. We collect a payment method up front so your subscription can continue without a gap, and we bill it only when the trial converts. Cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings in the app. When you cancel:
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for each month. Because you retain access for the full period you paid for, partial months are generally not refunded. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the following month’s charge.
Annual subscriptions are billed once, in advance, for the full year and give you access for the entire term. Annual fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can still cancel at any time to stop the next annual renewal; access continues until the end of the term you have already paid for.
If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after a timely cancellation, or a clear billing mistake — contact us and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate. We also consider reasonable refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
If something looks wrong on your bill, please contact us first at info@plancadence.com — we can almost always resolve it faster than a card dispute. Filing a chargeback may result in suspension of the account while the dispute is investigated.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and where appropriate we will notify you in the app or by email.
